SANCHILD is a Geneva-based nonprofit working to build positive peace from the inside out.

Our work sits at the intersection of peacebuilding, education, well-being, human development, social and economic development, and the environment. We believe that lasting change begins with people — with the way we understand ourselves, relate to one another, and translate awareness into meaningful action.

At the heart of our work is the Harmony Program, our flagship human-centered peacebuilding initiative. Harmony creates spaces for people to reconnect with themselves, strengthen relationships with others, and transform what they learn into Ripple Projects that respond to the needs of their communities.

But SANCHILD is also shaped by the people who choose to contribute to it.

We welcome individuals from different backgrounds, cultures and professional paths who feel connected to our mission and would like to bring their time, skills, ideas or experience to the journey.

This form is an invitation for us to get to know you — not only what you do, but also what you care about and how you imagine contributing.
