RPC - Bike and dog on-leash trail pilot SWC

The spring/summer bike and dog on-leash trail pilot at Strathcona Wilderness Centre (SWC) was extended to 2026 so improvements could be made based on feedback collected in 2025. These improvements included more accessible garbage cans, updated signage about park use and trail expectations, and increased staff presence on the trail system. The 2026 season marked the final year of the pilot.
