Exhibitor Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for a free start-up exhibitor space at AI Festival 2027, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Company stage: You are an early-stage start-up, typically founded within the last 5 years.
• Product relevance: Your product, tool, or platform is AI-related and fits within one of our festival themes (Energy, Environment & Infrastructure; Cybersecurity, Quantum & Vibe Coding; Agentic AI; Robotics & Manufacturing; Startups & Investment).
• Funding stage: You are bootstrapped, pre-seed, seed, or Series A. Companies at Series B or later, or larger established businesses, should get in touch about our sponsorship packages instead.
• Attendance: You can commit a representative to attend and staff your stand for the day(s) you're exhibiting.
• Application review: Submitting this form does not guarantee a space. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and spaces are limited — we'll confirm your place by email.
• One space per company: Exhibitor spaces are limited to one per company.
