Helping retail store operators and owners prepare for the UK’s Deposit Return Scheme is one of our top priorities. To this end we are conducting a monthly DRS Retailer Readiness Survey to understand how prepared for the DRS retailers feel, and to help us identify where information and advice for retailers is needed.
The survey will take just 2-5 minutes to complete, and is designed to capture the views of a different range of retailers in a variety of locations and settings. Your feedback will help us track retailer readiness and emerging needs over time, so that we can tailor our communications, guidance and support to meet your evolving requirements ahead of the DRS launch in October 2027.
