WSP has been appointed by the European Commission to assess the impacts of the EU–Ukraine Agreement on the carriage of freight by road on the road transport industry.
As part of this study, we are seeking input from road haulage operators to better understand how the Agreement, alongside broader developments affecting trade with Ukraine since 2022, has influenced business activities and operations.
