Nominations close at 17:00 on Friday 28 August 2026.
You are able to able to self-nominate for multiple roles, however, will need to submit a separate nomination form for each position.
If you are applying as a role share, you will need to submit one nomination and each applicant will need to submit a Declarations of Interests and Probity statement.
