We've achieved a lot. And it's something we can all truly feel proud of. Now, we want your views, your vision, and your voice to help shape what comes next.
We can't do this alone. That's why we want to hear from everyone: staff, patients, families, carers, community members, and partners. Tell us what's working, and what could make community-based care in Sussex even better.
Your feedback will directly shape our future and help us develop our new strategy.
