GP Engagement - Patient Data Sharing

Thank you for registering your interest (through this survey) in this national programme of engagement with GPs and practice managers.

The purpose of the engagement is to understand views and experiences on how patient data is used — for individual care, the planning and commissioning of NHS services and health-related research.

This programme is commissioned by the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) and delivered by Ipsos and Kaleidoscope Health and Care.

Participation is voluntary and your individual responses will be kept confidential. Your personal data and responses will be kept in strict confidence in accordance with the privacy notice for this work and you will only be identifiable to the client if you consent. Study responses and recorded material(s) will only be kept within the Ipsos UK and Kaleidoscope Project Team and will only be used for research analysis and compatible purposes.

Anonymised, aggregated findings will be shared with DHSC and NHS England. All survey data will be securely stored by Kaleidoscope Health and Care and destroyed within four months of project completion.

The privacy notice for this work provides more information about your rights as well as how and why your personal data may be processed.

For more details on how your data is used or stored, or if you have any questions about the wider projects, please contact Andrea Taylor at DataEngagement@kscopehealth.org.uk.

The registration survey takes about 10 to 12 minutes to complete.
