The process for booking this year is:

- Tell us about you
- Tell us about the stand or workshop(s) you want to deliver
- Upload a copy of your risk assessment and relevant paperwork
- Your request will be reviewed by our logistics team, and by the relevant Zone lead for the event
- Once approved you will be contacted with further details
