Before we start: your privacy
Below you can find more information about what data will be gathered during the survey. This survey is completely anonymous and your participation is voluntary. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Information we collect:
- We will ask you to answer some questions about your daily job activities related to using Frontify.
- Your overall feedback on using our products and services.
- In some initiatives, you will have the opportunity at the end of the survey to join our research group via an external link if you wish to provide more feedback and be contacted by our researchers.
How we ensure your privacy:
- All gathered information will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Frontify's privacy policy (Frontify Privacy Policy).
- Only a limited number of Frontify employees will have access to the information gathered, including the Frontify employees conducting the survey and other selected employees involved in the development and design of the Frontify product.
- We may publish research reports that include your answers. In such cases, your data will be anonymous.
Third-party tool:
In order to conduct this survey, we use the services of a trusted third-party tool, Alchemer (formerly "Survey Gizmo"). You can find the link to Alchemer's privacy policy at the bottom of this page.
