Mindful Exclusion: 2026 Governance Survey

Introduction

Welcome to the Mindful Exclusion 2026 Governance survey!

This survey is intended for individuals who have an informed perspective about the workings of their organisation's Board and/or Executive Committee (ExCo). To qualify for participation:

You must be a Company Secretary, member of the Board, ExCo member or report into the ExCo
You must have sufficient exposure through meeting attendance / tenure to have an informed view of the Board or ExCo
The organisation must have at least 50 employees

The survey has 15 pages and should take around 20 minutes to complete, depending on your natural pace. Please respond as openly and honestly as possible, and be sure to go all the way to the very end. Answers will only be reported in aggregate, and individual details will not be shared under any circumstances.

Additionally, please note the following guidelines:

Be thoughtful, but go with your initial gut response to increase accuracy and efficiency.
