1. Insurance cover in place to meet statutory requirements

The company has Public Liability Insurance (£2m minimum) and up to an amount that provides adequate cover for the type, nature and scope of work it carries out.
The company has Employers Liability Insurance cover (£10m minimum) and up to an amount that provides adequate cover for the number of employees involved in the type, nature and scope of work the company carries out.
