Background: In July 2025 the APTLD established the Complaints Process Working Group (CPWG) to develop a transparent, fair, and accessible process for resolving complaints within APTLD. This responds to member expectations for accountability, inclusivity, and effective governance in line with APTLD’s mission and values.
The members of the Working Group are: Sophie Mitchell (.AU), Joyeeta Sen Rimpee (.BD), Russell HARADA (.PG), Jeff Bedser (CleanDNS), Boyoung Kim (.KR), Isobel Egerton (.NZ, Chair), Rishi Maudhub (Sokomi.com, Vice Chair) and Rajiv Kumar (.IN)
Working group progress: The working group has worked collaboratively to produce a draft Code of Conduct that incorporates a complaints process.
CPWG seeks your feedback on the draft Code of Conduct through the completion of a short survey.
Next steps:
- CPWG will make changes following member feedback in the survey
- AGM – Feb 2026 – Members will vote whether to adopt the Code of Conduct
- Final resolution on adoption by Board: March 2026 Board Meeting
