Dear Investor,
We invite you to participate in a brief survey for business angels active in the Baltics , aiming to understand the current state and future of impact investing in the Baltic States. Your insights will help us assess investor readiness and guide the design of a new Baltic impact fund. The survey responses will be collected and used in an anonymized, aggregated format in a public analytical report. Completing the study takes around 10-15 minutes. All participants who complete the survey can receive a €10 gift card.
The survey is based on the following definitions:
-
Impact investing refers to investments (not grants) made in companies, organisations, and funds with the intention of generating a measurable, beneficial social or environmental impact alongside a financial return.
-
An impact organisation or social enterprise (hereafter: impact organisation) is an organisation that has an explicit goal to deliver positive social and/or environmental impacts via its business activities. Such enterprises seek to earn income from sales of their products and/or services while maximising benefits to society and/or the environment. They also explicitly measure the impact achieved based on pre-defined KPIs.
The study is carried out by the Baltic Innovation Agency, Reach for Change, and Imprimatur Capital Fund Management within the context of the Impact Baltic project. If you have any questions or comments regarding the survey, please do not hesitate to contact project coordinator Mart Veliste at mart@bia.ee.
The project is co-funded by the European Union through the European Social Fund + (ESF). Views and opinions expressed are, however, those of the author(s) only and do not necessarily reflect those of the European Union or the European Commission. Neither the European Union nor the granting authority can be held responsible for them.
