Value ward clerks: sign the petition in support of the re-banding campaign!

I support the ward clerk re-banding campaign!

For several years, ward clerks across NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde have been undertaking band 3 duties while being paid as band 2s. Ward Clerks are an important part of the NHS and should be valued for the vital work they do.

That's why ward clerks are coming together, through their trade union UNISON, to fight to be graded fairly for their work and appropriate backpay to reflect how long clerks have been working above grade.

I support ward clerks across NHS GGC in their campaign to be graded fairly for the important work they do, and call on the health board to resolve this issue using the NHS job evaluation scheme, as soon as possible.
