Tendering, Procurement & Contracts in the low & mid-rise housing sector

Section 1: Company Information

A group of specialist representative bodies (including FIS, NFRC, CFA, NMA and Actuate UK), researchers from Barbour ABI and the University of Reading are seeking to gather data on tendering, procurement and contract management practices within the Low and Mid-Rise Housing Sector. The results will be published in Autumn 2025 (details of and from all respondents will be treated in the strictest of confidence)..

This survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete. Please feel free to omit any question which you consider to be sensitive, but be assured all data will be sensitively managed and no individual response or respondent will be identifiable.
