This survey aims to gather perspectives on achieving truly equitable global open access as outlined in the OASPA ‘Next 50%’ project primer available via the Zenodo repository: http://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15463314.
Your responses will inform discussions about reassessing what "open" truly means and on creating a more inclusive knowledge ecosystem. This will support a more holistic transition to open access.
