Information on handling your Personal Data

This Privacy Statement provides information about the processing and the protection of your personal data.

You can provide your name and institution in the survey, but of course, you can also be anonymous.

The results of the survey will be anonymised. It means that we will separate your personal information from your answers and store them separately. It will not be possible to link your answers to you. In accordance with the EU’s data protection regulation (GDPR), you have rights we must fulfil when handling your personal data. You have the right to contact us if you want to receive the information we have about you, to make changes, or ask that we delete your information. This can be done easily by writing to info@accessibilityassociation.org.

The survey uses the Alchemer survey tool, and Alchemer's European servers. It requires no login. You can read the privacy policy of the Alchemer survey tool below.
