A second part of this project is seeking to identify case studies and examples of solutions to the challenges, barriers and issues that affect disability inclusion in chemical sciences laboratories.

This part of the project aims to publish a series of case studies that exemplify successful solutions that create or demonstrate progress towards disability-inclusive laboratories in chemical sciences.

If you are aware of, have implemented or have benefitted from changes, adaptations or improvements that have improved accessibility and inclusion, we’d like to hear from you and to potentially feature this as an (anonymous) case study. We’d like to find a range of examples both small- and larger-scale; these might be something that helped one individual in one laboratory, or many people. We're especially interested to showcase the innovation of our community in finding practical solutions for disabled chemists to overcome everyday barriers in the lab.
