Experience of private practice partners who have recently changed roles

As part of The Lawyer's Practice Analysis - sponsored by Saxton Bampfylde, we are conducting a short survey to get insight into the motivations, expectations and the recruitment experiences of private practice partners.

This short survey, which should take you no longer than three minutes to complete, delves into how you came across the role you are currently in, what your motivations were to move from your previous role and how your overall experience was with regard to the recruitment process.

After completing the survey, If you would be happy to have a quick conversation about your recruitment experience, please reach out to me and I would be happy to schedule a chat with you at a time of your convenience.

Thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey.
