Where?
In spring 2026, the last two Expat Women Employability programme groups will take place in Tallinn (in English and Russian). Information about the groups and dates will appear later in the registration form.
When is the next time?
The next program starts in Tallinn:
in English on 16.03, 18.03, 23.03, 25.03 at 16.00-19.00 (Estonian Business School, A. Lauteri tn 3, Tallinn)
in Russian, on 30.03, 01.04, 06.04, 08.04 at 14.00-17.00 (Estonian Business School, A. Lauteri tn 3, Tallinn)
Duration
The duration of the whole program is 4 x 3-hour workshops (no worries if you can’t attend them all!)

Our interactive program is run by experienced career-planners and trainers Laura Sildmäe and Jelena Zovnikova.

📌 Workshop 1 - Introduction, transition to another country, self-analysis and career planning (CV, letter of motivation initial analysis)
📌 Workshop 2 - Estonian labour market overview, setting personal goals, job-search support and documentation (CV, letter of motivation reversing and changing)
📌 Workshop 3 - Presenting yourself on the labour market (preparation for interviews), building professional networks, and application process (CV, letter of motivation reversing and changing)
📌 Workshop 4 - Estonian work culture, expectations of employers, future steps (CV, letter of motivation final touch)
