Details of Contracting Parties

This form is to be used by companies in the finishes and interiors sector who believe they are being subjected to unreasonable contractual terms. Please be assured that we appreciate the commercial sensitivity of individual contract negotiations and information relating to the company reporting the clause will not me used (without express permission).

Whilst we do offer direct support in your negotiations via our Legal Helpline and Contract Review Service, the purpose of capturing here is more to support representation work and address the worst of behaviours in our sector at a collective level. If a Public Sector Contract, are you happy with FIS picking up concerns that they are not following CLC Guidance and Principles set down in the Playbook and ensuring any amendments are not designed to transfer risk, should be included in the body of the contract and fully explained (see CLC Notice here)?
