The London Assembly Health Committee is currently investigating dentistry in London.
We are interested in hearing how people have found accessing or trying to access dentist appointments in London, including hearing from parents/carers of school aged children about dentist appointments for their child, and the experiences of those working or studying in dentistry or a dentistry-related field.
The survey asks mostly open ended questions that you can write in a response to, followed by a few demographic questions so we can understand who has responded to the survey.
The results will be used to inform the London Assembly Health Committee’s investigation. Responses may be used to form part of a report or output from the Committee. In the vast majority of circumstances, we will publish the responses we receive as part of the investigation on our website, so please do not include information you would not want to be published.
At the end we ask if you want to share your contact details so we can send you a copy of the report when it's published, or if you would be interested in being involved in the investigation further, for example with our Communications Team. We will not publish contact details.
