Thank you for taking your time to complete this survey on the State of London Debate 2024.
 
The State of London Debate (SOLD) is a part of the Greater London Authority’s (GLA) commitment to ensure that Londoners are aware of the work of the GLA and can inform it.

This survey asks questions about your experiences of the event. The answers to this survey will be aggregated and processed anonymously.

To enable us to ensure that the views of all communities in London are represented in the final aggregated results and to fulfil our duties under the Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Equality Duty to consider how the GLA’s policies and decisions affect people who are protected under the Act, we will ask you for some personal information.

We will ask you for the following information, for each you will also have the option to choose not to provide your information within the question:
  • your gender
  • your age
  • your borough
  • your disability status
  • your ethnicity
The GLA will rely on your explicit consent to provide personal information and specifically ‘special category (sensitive) personal data’ (ethnicity and disability information) under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. We will not share your personal data with any third party.

You are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time, please email data.protection@london.gov.uk.

By completing this survey you consent to;
  • The data you provide being used in the evaluation of this event in accordance with the privacy policy.
  • The Events team at the Greater London Authority processing and anonymously reporting on the data you provide about your event experience.
Any individual response data will be retained for one year and then deleted thereafter.

To continue we need to keep a record that you have agreed to your data being used in the ways we explain above and in our Privacy policy. We ask for your name to enable us to remove your data if you request to withdraw your consent to participate. It will not be part of any analysis of data.
