Northern Powergrid, the company responsible for the electricity network that powers everyday life for 8 million people across the North East, Yorkshire and northern Lincolnshire is conducting an innovative trial that could help customers to cut their carbon emissions and save money on their energy bills.

Northern Powergrid has commissioned an independent market research agency, Explain Research, to help deliver this survey. Explain will share your answers to the survey with Northern Powergrid when it is complete. In addition, all personal data collected by Explain will be deleted after a period of 3 months. Your personal information relating to the survey will be held by Northern Powergrid for the length of the project.
