Victims First Hub Referral Form - Children and Young People

Please use this secure referral form to refer young victims of crime to Victims First. 

Please note: 

- If making a referral on behalf of someone who has been a victim of crime, please ensure that you have received consent to share their details with the Victims First Hub. 
- Contact will be attempted using preferred contact method within 5 working days 
- In addition to people directly affected by the crime, witnesses or other family members are also entitled to support. A separate referral form should be completed for each person requesting support.
