Developed as part of the DoC-Box project (Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions), this survey intends to gather the opinions of experts in disorders of consciousness (particularly experts with clinical experience) regarding the subsequent development of the “Additional Signs of consciousness - ASC” scale (i.e., items, administration procedures, scoring criteria). These additional behavioural signs, identified in recent literature, are not currently included in established clinical guidelines but have the potential to discriminate levels of consciousness.
