The Equality Act 2010 prohibits all employers from discriminating against, harassing or victimizing individuals with protected characteristics.
The Police and Crime Commissioner and ICV Scheme have due regard to the need to

It shall provide a working environment that is free from harassment, bullying, victimisation or discrimination.
