I confirm that, to the best of my knowledge, I am able to safely undertake the essential physical and observational requirements of the Independent Custody Visitor role. This includes being able to move around police custody facilities, follow safety instructions, communicate effectively with detainees and staff, make and record observations, and respond appropriately to situations that may arise during a custody visit.

I am not aware of any health condition, injury, impairment, medication side effect or personal circumstance that would prevent me from carrying out these activities safely.
