Contact and the Disabled Children's Partnership want to understand more about access to summer holiday childcare for disabled children across the UK. The survey will take between 5 and 10 minutes to complete.
Parents tell us about challenges they face securing activities such as holiday clubs during the school holidays for their disabled child.
The results of the survey will help us to campaign and engage with policymakers to bring about change for disabled children and their families. We appreciate parents are asked to fill in lots of surveys but they really do help us make the case to policy makers about the lack of provision for children.
