Kindly fill in the below form. You will receive a confirmation email once your centre has been approved and registered as recommended training centre.
All recommended training centres will be published on the CIRSE website. By filling in the form, you consent to CIRSE advertising your centre in the framework of the CIRSE Fellowship Grant Programme, and to the publication of the provided information on the CIRSE webiste (email addresses will not be made public). All data will be processed in line with
CIRSE's data protection policy.
