IAM IP5 Benchmarking 2023

IAM invites you to participate in the IP5 patent office survey 2023. This survey is designed to build a comprehensive picture of the IP5 patent offices - the biggest in the world and the engines that power the global patent system. We would like to hear from you about the service you receive, the quality of the patents issued and the advantages and disadvantages of filing in the offices of China, the United States, South Korea, Japan and Europe.

Your responses will be treated with full confidentiality. Only anonymised and aggregated information will be used for publication of the survey results by IAM. Written comments may be used anonymously in editorials as part of our coverage of the results. The survey is completely free to enter, and your details will not be used for any commercial purpose, nor be shared with third parties (our full privacy policy can be viewed here).

The survey should take around 15 minutes to complete.
