The Catalyst Care Group 2023 Survey is an opportunity for individuals and families, support workers, carers, and commissioners to share their views with us about their experience of the care sector.
We believe in open and transparent discussions about the future of healthcare, where collaboration, humanised complex care and the well-being of our workforce are the main priorities.
The 2023 Catalyst Survey will be open between 31.07.2023 until 15.09.2023, and it will be used to:
- Build an up-to-date picture of the current sector challenges.
- Share knowledge and insight across the health and social care sector.
- Inform our practice further when it comes to meeting the needs of people receiving care as well as their families.
- Improve and enrich our understanding further when it comes to meeting the needs of caregivers.
- Work alongside colleagues in the sector to drive positive change.
- Tracking the data around delayed discharges
This survey will take 5-10 minutes to complete. You can skip questions if you don’t want to answer or don’t know the answer, and your answers will be held anonymously.
The data will be collated into a Whitepaper Publication, including analysis and commentary from leading industry experts.
