We are looking for a "typical" day rate.   We are aware this can vary significantly and is complicated by price work in certain cases, but please try to provide based on targeted daily earnings.  Please be assured that all data will be treated in the strictest of confidence and individual responses will not be accessible, just aggregate data.  We also do not intend to report on actual wage rates, but use to create an index that will support contract negotiations and planning.

Measuring Productivity...how is the rate changing for standard wall types?

Again we are looking for a "typical" rate on standard wall types (unfinished - finishing rates are being collected seperately).  Please be assured that all data will be indexed (i.e. we will be reporting on variation not exact price) and will be treated in the strictest of confidence.  Vitally individual responses will not be accessible, just aggregate data.  We also do not intend to report on actual wage rates, but use to create an index that will support contract negotiations and planning.
