UNISON in Cadent - Pay Consultation 2023

Cadent Gas have made a pay offer to UNISON for pay in 2023/34. The offer is for: - A consolidated increase to base pay from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024 at a percentage equal to the average of RPI inflation for the 12 months up to and including 31 March 2023 with an underpin increase guaranteeing  7.5% at a minimum. 

The UNISON in Cadent National Committee are recommending the offer to members as it ensures pay keeps up with the cost of living and it compares favorably with offers elsewhere.
