Workshop on Lump Sum funding in Horizon Europe - registration form

REGISTRATION

Please register by the 5th of January  (we therefore encourage you to register before the Christmas holidays).
The target public are staff members of federal or FWB organisations or of organisations located in Flanders. The organising National Contact Points (NCPs) reserve the right to decline any registration.

12. I hereby give my consent to the organising parties of the abovementioned event to take pictures during the event and to spread or use these pictures for communication purposes of the organising parties. *This question is required.
13. I hereby give my consent to the organising parties of the abovementioned event to add my name and organisation to the list of attendees of the event, which will be distributed among those present at the event. *This question is required.
All personal data will be processed and retained according to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). The organising parties will process this data only in the context of the organisation of this event and as soon as these data won’t be needed anymore for the organisation of events by the NCP, they will be deleted. Anonymous, personal data can be transferred to the speakers of the event and can also be used for reporting goals concerning the event.
