2023 In2science summer programme - Student Application

Welcome to the In2science summer programme!

The In2science summer programme offers Year 12 students the chance to gain real-world experience, expert insights and practical support to help kickstart your future career in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM).

Our exciting programme will connect you to experts from many areas of STEM both virtually and in-person, providing you with critical skills, knowledge and confidence as you take your first steps in your STEM journey.

By securing a place on the In2scienceUK Summer Programme, you will gain access to:

  • An in person work experience placement: You’ll take part in a one or two week placement with a STEM professional who works in an area of STEM that you're interested in.
  • Online skills, employability and careers workshops: Gain practical support and guidance from experts at UK universities, research centres and industry on topics such as: university admissions, CV writing, interview technique and careers panels.
  • The Alumni Community: After the programme, you'll join our Alumni Community which will support you through university, apprenticeships and into your STEM careers. You'll gain access to workshops, networking events and our job opportunities board.

If you are in Year 12 and would like to take part in our programme, you can apply below. By applying, you are committing to fully participate in the programme if your application is successful.
