Channel 4 will broadcast the first TV debate between Conservative MPs hoping to become party leader and the country’s next Prime Minister.
Channel 4 News presenter Krishnan Guru-Murthy will host Live: Britain’s Next PM: The Conservative Leadership Debate, produced by ITN Productions, in front of a live studio audience in London at 7.30pm on Friday 15 July.
ITN Productions and Channel 4 are working with Survation to provide a fair and balanced audience for the event.

The questions are quite detailed in order to ensure that our audience is politically and demographically fair.
We are very keen that people from across the UK are represented, as such, audience members who would need to travel long distances or have specific access needs selected to attend the event will have reasonable expenses incurred reimbursed.
