Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (‘Homerton Healthcare’) provides both hospital and community health services for Hackney, the City and surrounding communities. We want the people central to Homerton Healthcare, our patients, those who live and work in our community, and our staff, to help create our long-term plan; our Homerton Healthcare strategy that will shape our future together.
As part of this, we are holding a community event on Thursday, 9 June 2022 (5.30pm-7.30pm) for our patients, members, staff and local community to understand what Homerton Healthcare means to you, the experiences you have had, and your hopes and fears for the future. Before the event, we are asking people to tell their stories about Homerton Healthcare, and what is important to them. Your stories will be used to feed into the strategy process, and will be used to shape the event on 9 June 2022. We may also publish and share the story you submit at the event and in subsequent strategy documents.
You can either submit your story anonymously, or you can include your name. There is also an opportunity to register your interest of telling your story at the event, and we will be in touch with more information.
