The
Young Person's Guarantee is a commitment to bring together employers, partners and young people. It aims to connect every 16 to 24 year old in Scotland to an opportunity. This could be a job, apprenticeship, further or higher education, training, volunteering or starting a business.
Since December 2020, the Youth Leadership Panel, supported by Young Scot, have been working with the Scottish Government to co-design the Guarantee and progress the key priorities for young people to improve how the Guarantee meets their needs.
As part of their role, the Panel want to hear from young people from across Scotland about your experiences of the Guarantee, and other employability opportunities. This will help them input into the governance and decision-making of the Guarantee at a National level, helping to ensure the Guarantee meets the needs of all young people in Scotland.
