Mindful Exclusion: 2022 Governance Survey

Introduction

Welcome to the Mindful Exclusion Governance survey!

This survey is intended for individuals who have an informed perspective about the workings of their organisation's Board and/or Executive Management Committee - most likely from their participation in or attendance at formal meetings.

The survey has 12 pages and should take around half an hour to complete. Please respond as openly and honestly as possible, and be sure to go all the way to the very end. Answers will only be reported in aggregate, and individual details will not be shared under any circumstances.
