We'd like to hear your views on the season so far: what's going well, what needs improving.

By completing this survey, you're helping the RFU, constituent bodies, clubs, societies and schools to meet the needs of the game in future seasons. 
This survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

If you're a parent/guardian completing the survey on behalf of your child, please involve them in the process and ask their opinions.
