This collection of data is hosted by Alchemer who are based in the United States; data is hosted in the European Union. Data is collected and stored by Alchemer, but only made available to the account holder (the Society of Radiographers). All information collected is kept confidential and secure and is not shared with any third parties by Alchemer. We will retain the information you share with us on this form for the duration of the SoR's involvement in negotiating overtime holiday pay.
