Dundee City Centre Young People's Panel application

Dundee City Centre Application Form October - November 2021

About the Dundee City Centre Young People's Panel

On this #YSHive project, the panel will form a group of young people to explore how Dundee City Centre feels for a young person and what improvements need to be made. You will support Dundee City Council in shaping change within the community, helping them view the city through the lens of the lived experiences of young people.

You will support Dundee City Council in shaping their Strategic Improvement Plan which intends to set out an ambitious, long-term, vision to help create a city centre that people want and need. Dundee City Council recognise that the city centre needs to be more diverse, provide more reasons to visit, and be more orientated towards supporting and celebrating people, public life, tourism, and jobs. The Young People’s Panel will support the Council in achieving these goals and will help inform future development and investment in the city centre.

Please note: This opportunity is for young people aged 11-18 years who are from or are currently living in Dundee.
