This questionnaire is about the summer activities you’ve taken part in. It’s a chance to give your feedback about what you’ve liked and what could be better.
We’d like to invite you to take part in a questionnaire about the activities you’ve done over the summer. The Welsh Government have helped spend money on these activities and have asked a research company called Ecorys UK to see what people think about it.
Here are some things you should know:
- It will take about five minutes to answer the questions
- Taking part is up to you, and there are no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ answers.
- Your information is private, and no-one apart from the research company will see what you type. The only exception is if you type something that makes them concerned that you or somebody else is at risk of harm. We would have a duty to report this, to keep you and others safe.
- The final results of this research will be sent to the Government but they will not be able to know what you have said.
