UNISON North West NHS Workers' COVID Survey 2021
Since the beginning of the pandemic, UNISON has negotiated various safeguards and support for staff during the COVIDperiod both nationally and locally, including pay for self-isolation, free staff car parking and a robust health & safety and support framework for staff working in NHS trusts, especially for those who may be more vulnerable due to their medical history or health.
We must understand how these measures are being implemented at the workplace level to ensure you are receiving the proper support you are entitled to, identify and celebrate good practice, and ensure any areas where there are shortfalls are addressed.
Please take a few moments to complete our survey, which will collect information from NHS staff confidentially to make sure that you feel safe at work and that your employers are treating you fairly and equally.
The survey takes less than 10 minutes and will help us collect invaluable information to ensure you and your colleagues are safe and supported.
