Diversity and Inclusion

Boards with diverse membership are seen as making a positive contribution to effective governance.

The UK Corporate Governance code states that “a company’s culture should promote integrity and openness, value diversity and be responsive to the views of …wider stakeholders”

In the South West IOD region, as part of our process to engage with members and stakeholders (current and future), the committee and regional management wish to gather your views on this topic. This will help us define the content and pattern of events and discussion over the coming months.

The questionnaire will help us benchmark the current position and track the developments over time and we thank you in advance for your contributions.
