This survey is being conducted by Sense Consultants, a UK based market research company founded in 2002. We work with many UK companies including Waitrose, NSPCC, Novartis. You can find out more about us

DKMS UK has not shared any information about you with us - they sent an invitation to you, and you clicked on the link to get you here. So at the moment we have no idea who you are.
As part of this survey we will invite you to give your views on DKMS UK, and offer you entry to a prize draw as a thank you, and also offer you an opportunity to take part in an additional individual interview for DKMS UK, for which you would be paid. For the prize draw and the follow-up interview we will need an email address from you.
If you agree to give us your email, we will only ever use it in conjunction with this project about DKMS UK. We never sell, share or link your information to anyone else. Even when we share the feedback with DKMS UK we anonymise the data - we might say, for example, "a woman in the Midlands said "...." or "57% of people thought...", but we never say "Mrs Jones of number 53 Acacia Ave. said..."
The Prize Draw
The prize draw is open to people who received an invitation to participate in this survey and who entered their email address at the end of this survey by 5pm 1st April 2021. A prize of £100 will be offered to one participant who will be notified by email on the 1st April 2021.
