ADHD Survey

Introduction

Many thanks for agreeing to join the National Centre for Mental Health (NCMH) ADHD survey. We ask people who are willing to take part in our study, if they would be kind enough to answer some questions about their child’s lifestyle, general health and mental health as well as, your thoughts on potential research topics and experiences of the impact of COVID-19.
