Working Families, along with the Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, would like to invite you to take part in our survey about UK-based SMEs and family-friendly work practices.
Please note that for the purposes of this project we define SMEs to be organisations with fewer than 250 employees.
We are specifically interested in your experiences as an SME, and are keen to hear about your recent experiences in the context of Covid-19 as well as existing SME good practice in terms of family-friendly policies and what support might be of use to you in the future. This is a chance to contribute to the SME debate and help Working Families further develop their SME offering.
The survey will take around 5 minutes to complete and can be viewed on any device (desktop/smart phone/tablet). Your participation in this study is voluntary and you have the right to withdraw from participation at any time. All responses will be anonymous unless you choose to give your contact details at the end of the survey.
Data from your responses to the survey will be kept secure and only accessed by Working Families and the lead researchers at Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, in accordance with their data management protocols. This includes any contact details you choose to provide at the end of the survey.
